Sandhya pov-

It's been 2 weeks since we came back from Shimla and Vardhan had to leave for Kerala to look after the Hotel construction there next day only .
I am missing him badly .
It's been so many days since I saw him . He call me whenever he gets time during night but it's not enough now .
Amu and the family members keep me busy during the day but I miss him badly whenever I step into our room .

Why he had to go for so many days ....I huffed laying on the bed beside Amu .
Even my baby miss her Daddy and keep asking everyone about him .
Dad asked me to join his office if I get bored at house but I denied him .
Amu needs me and moreover I have zero knowledge in business things .

Once Amu will start going to school, I will think of doing something.
I wanted to do something for poor children and their education just like Papa .
But for now my priority is Amu and my relationship with Vardhan.
My phone ringed displaying his name and I immediately picked it up .
Hmmm... someone seems to be missing her husband so much ....picked the one in just few seconds....he said .
But my cruel husband doesn't care about me a bit ....I huffed.

Why would you say that about your husband lady ...he asked .
What else should I say about someone who has abandoned his wife and child from 2 weeks now ....I hissed .
Kya hua hai. Kisi ne kuch kaha ghar p ....itna gussa ku ho rahi ho aaj ....he inquired.

Kisi ne kuch nahi kaha but Mera Mann nahi lag raha h ab . I need you here with me ....I cried letting out my emotions, he sighed over other side .
It's ok ....stop crying now. Just a few more days and I will be back ....he said and I just weeped not saying anything.
Say something now and I swear if you cry anymore...I will call Dad and ask him to  send maa to our Room ...he warned me .
Don't bother them .. I am fine now ....I said hiccuping .

Drink some water first ....He ordered me and I obliged .
Mujhe laga tha meri Biwi sab manage kar legi mere peeche se but vo to khud  roo rahi h .....he stated and I chuckled a bit .
I like it when he calls me Biwi.....
It's just that I became emotional all of a sudden. I don't cry otherwise....I defended myself.

Aur bataye Sandhya ji humari beti kesi hai ...he asked making me smile .
Aapki beti ekdum thik hai Rana ji . Bohot naughty ho gai hai , aapke baare mei puchti hai ki Daddy kaha hai ...I told him and he chuckled listening about her .
She bit Aarav today when he came over with Vaani Di and then herself started crying with Aarav .....We had to console both of them ....I told him and he laughed.
She is getting very naughty being in your company....he stated making me gasp .
Ohhh please ...it's you who bites me and not the other way ....I said being defensive.
But You enjoy me biting you .....He teased me .

No I don't . It really pains me and then I have to hide the marks using tones of makeup .....I lied smoothly.
Such a lier you are Mrs. Rana ...he said making me chuckle.
Aapne Dinner kiya ....I asked changing the topic .

I did but I am craving something else now ...He said .
What ?? I asked .
You ....he said huskily making me giggle.
I am sorry Mr. Rana but I am not available in your menu ...I teased him .
Hungry loin is much dangerous Mrs. Rana . Once he gets hold of its prey ...he ravishes it mercilessly.....he said making my breath hitch.

Then I am waiting for my lion to come to me ...I whispered biting my lip .
I wish you could be this bold once I am in front of you . You starts trembling like a feather 🪶 when I come in your vicinity.....he said .

That's because you makes me hell nervous everytime. I loose control over my senses when you touch me ....I stated .
I  loved what you just said Biwi ....He said and I could imagine him smirking while saying this .
Okay now ....go to sleep. You might be having some meetings tomorrow....I said looking at the time .
Yeahhh....good night and take care of yourself and Amu ....he said before disconnecting the call.

Next day evening we all were in the garden and I was planting some new flower plants and Amu was trying to help in her own ways .
Mumma mol watrrr....she asked and I chuckled nodding at her ..
She ran in direction of Maa and Dad and with her toy tea set cup asking Dad to fill her cup.
She came back to me with just 1/4th of the water left in it and she has spilled the rest on her clothes .
Thankuuuu Amuuuu....I kissed her cheek and took the cup from her head and sprinkling the water on the plant and she clapped her hand grinning at me .
I just gathered my cute bundle in my arms and started to tickling her .
Noooo Mummaaa Noooo...
She crackled up shaking her head in No and I kissed her chubby cheeks .
Hiiiiiii bhabhiiiii....Vihaan entered the garden still in his office clothes and plopped beside Maa .

Hiiiiii....I waved back giving him a smile.
Where is my meethuuu.....he asked pretending to not see Amu in my arms and she giggled snuggling more into my chest to hide herself.
Amuu not here.....Amu said in order to fool Vihaan making us all laugh at her antics .
I seee....Meethu is surely not hiding in her mumma's arm right....Vihaan asked .
Yessshhh....Amu said making me kiss her head .

But Chachu got her a chocolate. It's ok I will eat it myself...Vihaan said tearing the choclate wrapper and that was it for Amu .
Nooooooooo....she shrieked running to him as Vihaan was about to take a bite .
Aakash Bhai , Vaani Di , Vikram , Akshita also came sometimes later .
Maa and Dad left inside with Amu and Aarav  leaving us all in the garden area .
I asked some helpers to bring snacks and coffee for everyone.

They all were signalling something among themselves making me confused.
I shrugged it off thinking it might be something personal.
Half an hour later I saw a car entering from the front gate and was astonished to find him .
He came out and handover his bag to one of the helper .
I couldn't believe my eyes .
He entred the garden area and I just ran to him with tears flowing out of my eyes .
I crashed into his arms and sobbed hugging him tightly.
He wrapped his arms around me caressing my back .

Stop crying now ....he said wiping my tears while cupping my face .
You said you will come after few days .....I said in between my cries and he chuckled listening to me .
Are you not happy that I came earlier....he asked and I nodded digging my face into his chest .

Wooohooo....love birds.....Vihaan cheered and I realised that we were not alone .
I parted away with a shy smile .
He met everyone and they were all teasing us or particularly me because he was not getting affected at all .
Where is Amu ....he asked looking around.
She is inside playing with Aarav ....I said and we all headed inside the home.
Amuuuuu....he called gaining her attention.
She left her toys and came running to him instantly.
Dadddyyyyyyyyyy.......She shrieked and jumped into his arms .
Vardhan kissed all over her face multiple times .

Maa also hugged him while Dad just nodded as he greeted him .
Amu clinged to him not leaving him even for a moment.
I entred the kitchen to prepare a coffee for him .
Happy now ....Vaani Di asked entering the kitchen.
I smiled brightly nodding my head and she just hugged me .
Aap logo ko pata tha na vo aane vaale hai ....I asked and Vaani di nodded with a chuckle.
Yes....Aakash told us about his arrival and it was a surprise for you ....Vaani di told me.
I asked a helper to give him his coffee and got busy preparing the dinner for everyone.

Vaani Di asked me if I need some help and I denied saying that there are many helpers and chef to help me out .
I cooked all his favourite dishes and now just chapati and rice were left .
A helper came and informed me that Vardhan was calling me in the room .
I asked the cook to look after rest of the things and left upstairs to see if he needs something.
Kya hua kuch chaiye aapko .....I asked entering the room .
When I was not there you were missing me and now when I am here you are hiding in that kitchen....he said making me smile .

I was not hiding there ....I was preparing food for my dearest husband ...I said as he pulled me in his arms .
But I need something else ...he said pushing me on the bed and came over me in the next moment.
Khaana to kha lijiye pehle ...I whispered slowly.
Food can wait but I cannot....he said inching closer to me .

Just because it's weekend 😁😁😁😉😉
