Sandhya pov-

It's Jyoti's wedding today and I am really happy for her .
Currently I am trying to feed Amu but my baby is not in the mood to have anything.
She has caught a cold .

I somehow fed her the soup that maa prepared for her and gave her medicine. I will go after making her sleep 😴 as she needs rest .
Maa and Papa would be staying back with her .

I patted her head laying beside her and covered us with the blanket.
My baby is breathing through her mouth due to nasal congestion.
I have given her steam but she started crying so I let it be .

She is not letting me to apply the balm too but I will massage her chest throat, nose and forehead with the balm once she will fall asleep.

I would just come back in an hour or two as I won't be able to stay back leaving my baby for much time .
If it wasn't for Jyoti I would have skipped the wedding function.

Papa call me if she wakes up ...I said and he assured me that they were here to take care of her .
I know they have better experience then me but I couldn't help myself being a mother.

I just get restless even if Amu get slightly uncomfortable. I love her more then anything in this world .
Even More than my parents and Vardhan.
This little human have my heart .

She is with me from past 6 months but it feels like she is a part of me from beginning.
I kissed her palm before leaving with Shrishti..

I remembered my wedding seeing all the rituals and vowes ....
I was quite nervous at the time but now it felt like the most right decision I have ever made .
I was quite afraid of him in the beginning but soon I got his rein in my hands ...I chuckled at my thoughts.
I still fear his anger but I know he won't ever  hurt me . He doesn't know how to express emotions except anger and frustration.

But I love that arragont man way too much . I know he loves me too . I can feel it in his care , his touch , his dependence on me , his want for me and the way he melts down instantly seeing my tears .

He would yell at me , glare me but the next moment he would cuddle me to sleep.
He only stop talking when there is something major and thankfully it happened only once .
There is this one unsaid rule we have set for ourselves....we don't stop talking to each other no matter if we argue or fight .

Diiii come Rishab is here .. Shrishti said dragging me with her .
Easy Girl ...kahi nahi bhaag Raha vo ....I said with a chuckle.

Hii Ma'am ...I am Rishab Thakur....He introduced himself and I must say he is quite good looking and smart.
Hello Rishabh....I am Sandhya Rana ...I shook his hand and he frowned as I said Rana but that's what I am Now ..
I have been hearing a lot about you from past few days ...I said and he looked at Shrishti with a chuckle.

I hope it's all good .....He said and I nodded with a laugh ..
We talked for an hour and I must say he seems quite serious about his future with Shrishti.

He told me his sister is married in Delhi too .
Please do visit us when ever you come to Delhi ...I said and he nodded .
But you didn't mention about Mr. Rana yet .. He said and I chuckled face palming my self .

Ohh my Jiju name is enough...he don't need any introduction....He is the famous Vardhan Rana. ... Shrishti said and he was shocked to say the least .

You mean the owner of ARA Hotels and the elder son of Rajvardhan Rana ....He asked and I nodded .
I have heard a lot About him but never got a chance to meet him in person.
I hope you won't mind me but He is not easy to approach ....as far as I know people fear him ... He said and I laughed.

You are right then ...But you can meet him when he visits Shimla next time ....I said and he nodded.
Of course....you have one ongoing project here in Shimla too....it's neaby my house only ....he informed me .
That's great then .....I said ..

He hugged Shrishti before taking his leave and I laughed at her red cherry face .
Diii...what do you think about him....She asked me.
He is a nice guy....but you both need to focus on your career first ....it will be easy to convince Papa and Maa then ...I advised and she nodded .

After meeting Jyoti we left for our home.
I changed she brought Amu in my room and laid her on my chest caressing her head .

Maa informed me that she woke up once but then slept immediately under the effect of Medicine.
I hope my Baby gets healthy soon ....

Amu was bit better today and We would be leaving in an hour or so .
She is not playful like always and was sticking to me only the whole time .
I made have some soup that would help her in getting better .

I hugged Maa , Papa and Shrishti before leaving for Airport with Surya and the Driver.
They wanted to come with us to see us off but I denied them .
Papa asked me to keep them updated with Amu's health .
Maa packed some soup for Amu but I guess she would hardly have a sip of it .

We reached Home around 5 o clock .
Maa looked disappointed with me seeing Amu sick .
Dad asked me to take some rest while Vihaan was not home yet .

Maa prepared some home made Khada (a soup made up of herbs ) for Amu that she spitted out immediately and started crying..
Maa Aap ye mujhe de dijiye mei baad mei pila dungi ...I said .
Baad mei nahi Sandhya....ye thoda garam hi pilana hota h ...tabhi asar karega ...she said .
I know she is doing for Amu's betterment only but Amu was hiding her face in my chest crying not liking the Khada .....

Kalyani raat ko de degi Sandhya usko ye ..abhi rehne do ...Dad asked maa but she didn't listened to him as well .
I wish Vardhan was here at this moment.
I so wanted to stop maa but Was feeling helpless.

Mummaaaaaaa.....Amu wailed extending her arms to me and I immediately took her in my arms from Maa .
Maa please....Abhi nahi...I know it's good for her but she is crying too much now .
Mei khud bana lungi fresh Khada baad mei ....I said and left to my room with Amu .

Vardhan returned in the night and I hugged him tightly.
How is Amu now ....He asked kissing my head and I weeped .
She is better now but still have congested nose and cough ....I said .
It's okay ....she will get completely fine in day or two more ....

He freshen up and we headed for Dinner downstairs.
We had a little chit chat but Maa didn't spoke to me much .

Vardhan Amu ko khada pila dena ....She said to him before leaving to her room and he looked at me rasing his eyebrow.

Is Maa upset with you ....He asked me as I entered the room with Khada .
I nodded and gave a sleepy Amu to him .
He held her in his arms and I fed her the khada in her sleepy state only .
She made a crying face but he calmed her down pacifying her .

He laughed as I narrated him how maa got upset with me while I slapped his arm making a pout .
Maa is right ...you should have been a bit more careful with Amu but it's okay, it happens....He said and I sighed.

So now we will get to witness Saas Bhau fights Haan ....he teased me making me glare at him .
Nooo I will reconcile with maa as soon as possible. I will manofy her tomorrow morning only ....I said .
But I will side with my mother Only incase you both quarrel....he said winking at me and I chuckled.

Such a bad husband you are ....I stated lying down beside him as he made Amu sleep on his chest .
You have been a bad wife to me since starting always siding by Dad and Maa....He said and I laughed.
So you will take revenge on Me ....I asked and he hummed .

Aapke uthne se pehle hi mei sab thik kar dungi ....I said .
Ohhh I should have fueled the fire during dinner time only ...he tsked and I shook my head in disbelief at him .

By the way you can tell me if you don't like Maa now ...It will be our secret only ....he asked and I laughed punching on his arm .
I know what you are trying to do Dear Husband....I am not coming in your trap ....I stated and he chuckled.

Next morning ...
Maa was being cordial with me from morning. She was talking to me but not like she usually does .
I thought to make up to her after everyone will left to the office .

Amu was doing better and having breakfast with Dad as usual.
Vardhan came and sat beside me to have breakfast.
He smirked at me before clearing his throat and turned to Maa .

Maa I think you need to take care of Amu untill she gets healthy. I don't trust Sandhya in this matter ..she have already made her sick ...He said and I looked at him shocked.

Vardhan....I called his name pleading him with my eyes to stop messing up things .
What Vardhan....I had asked you to leave Amu here but No ...you didn't listened to me and now look My baby is suffering....He scolded me sternly.
Although I know he was saying things purposely but still I felt bad and tears gathered in my eyes .

Don't talk to her like that . It's ok children get sick sometimes but that doesn't mean you will blame her ....Maa said siding with me .
Maa pleases.... don't take her side . She need to realise her mistakes....he said .

She knows better how to take care of Amu . She is her mother ...Maa soclded him and he sighed before continuing his breakfast ..

I hugged maa after Breakfast and she caressed my hair lovingly asking me not to take his words seriously making me smile .

I glared at my Dear husband as I entred the room but then immediately ran into his arms hugging him tightly.
Thankyou.....I said kissing on his cheek tightly.

But aapne mujhe jor se daata ....mujhe Rona aa Raha tha....I complained encircling his neck .
Haan to asse hi Daante hai ..... otherwise expected result nahi milte ...he said and I chuckled.

Aap itne ache kab se ho gye ....I asked and he narrowed his eyes at me and pinched my waist making me hiss .
You are a Devil only ....I said caressing my waist .

He grabbed my hairs and kissed me hard tilting my head ..
I tried to kiss him back but he took the charge sucking my lips ferociously.

His phone ranged and he left me after biting my lower lip drawing out a little blood.

I bite hard on his hand as he was on a call and he spanked my bum as I turned to run away .

Devil....I murmered as he left taking his laptop bag .
