Mummaaa I wan cookieee....Amu asked me tugging at my saree pallu....

Amu Mera bachaaa....Bua ji will be here in sometime and then we will have lunch ....usse pehle No cookies and Chocolate....
You can have Banana if you are hungry.....I said to which she pouted .

Nooooo mumma....
I am Hungly for Cookie....No banana.....She said trailing behind me around the kitchen.

I wann cookie pease......she said and I sighed and walked towards the cabinet and gave her one cookie to which she put her other hand forward asking for one more .

Amuuuu .....I said and she blinked her eyes cutely.
Pease mumma......she requested but I won't give in to her puppy eyes .

I know she would be eating chocolates with Aarav when they will come and won't even touch the food.

I kissed her palm and kept the box in the cabinet.
You will not get more then one ....be a good girl now and give Mumma a kissi....I said bending to her level and she ran away pecking my cheek .

Bua Ji, Phupha ji , Aarav and Aakash Bhai came ....Vaani Di and Akshita were busy she couldn't come .
As it was Sunday so everyone was at home .

Beta being Puja thali ....Maa asked me and I nodded .
Maa did their aarti while I bend touch to take their blessings.

They all sat in the living room while I asked the helpers to serve the snacks...

After having some refreshments Bua ji did tilak to Dad and Maa ....giving them a coconut and sweets as per the  ritual.

I sat beside Vardhan with Amu in his lap and Bua ji did the same with us too followed by Vihaan .

Later we all had lunch with discussion on various wedding preparations.

Wednesday ko functions start ho jaayege ....by Tuesday I want you all there ... Bua ji said and Maa nodded with a smile.

Vardhan specially you . I won't listen to anything....ek hi to behan h tumhari...uski shaadi mei no excuses....Bua ji said to him .
Buaaa aap kahe to mei Aaj hi saath chal leta hu .....he said making everyone chuckle.

Rajshree hum Wednesday ko subh aa jaayege..
Hume bhi to saari prepration karni hai Bhaat ki ....Maa said to which Bua ji nodded .

Mene suna hai Amuuu school jaane lag gai hai ....Bua ji asked Amu to which she nodded with a grin .
And started telling Bua ji about her school , her ma'am , her friends and even sang the rhym song to which everyone clapped .

Wow Amu ....you are so smart ...kya chaiye  Amu ko as a gift ...he asked ...
Cholates, cookies......pen....doll ....and she continued with her list making everyone laugh .

Aakash Bhai pulled gave her a box full of chocolate and candies to which she kissed his cheek and said thank you and grinned looking at me showing her chocolate box .

I took the box from her and gave one to both her and Aarav otherwise she would keep munching them .

They left after sometime while I wrapped up the work and entred the room to find it empty .
I moved towards the study room and there she was clinging to him while he was working on the laptop.

She was listening to Vardhan's heartbeat placing her ear on his chest .
Daddyyyyyy.......its moing (moving) she said making him kiss her nose while chuckling.

Amu come lets take a nap .....I said but she shook her head.
Nooo Mumma ......I am paying (playing)with Daddy.....she said .

I also sat on the chair beside them .
Vardhan .....Now that Amu has started going to school....I was wondering if I should also start working....I said and he hummed typing something on his laptop.

Suggest me something what I should do ....I asked him and he nodded.
Let's go to the room first ....he said and got up taking Amu in his arms and I followed them .

Amu slept on his chest while I sat beside him resting my back on head board and running my fingers in his hair .

Listen patiently to what I say first and don't react before letting me complete.....he said and I hummed.

I have signed that Kolkata deal ....he said and I sat up immediately and looked at him in disbelief.
Before I could say he sushed me ....let me complete....he said glaring at me as I was about to shout and that might have woken up Amu.

This time It's not a hotel but a semi government women's college. I have collaborated with the Kolkata government and now the govt officials will take care of the land dispute.
I will be funding the collage and would built the structure.
I have proposed your name from our side as one of the board members.....he said and I nodded .

But How can I...I don't have any prior experience...I was just a normal teacher before ....I said .
I know and it's not like you have to take the charge immediately.
It will take around two years for the college to set up completely.

I want you to be credible enough to take up that position. As you have already done your masters...get enrolled for a Phd now .....he said and I smiled widely.....

Thankyou so much ...... earlier I wanted to do Phd but then joined the school to help Papa ....I said and he nodded.

It's not risky Naa...I asked him and he just rolled his just like Amu making me pinch his arm.

Kal mei or maa shopping p jaa rahe hai ....I told him keeping my head over his ....

Roj mall mei khadi rehti hai ...mere hotels bikvake hi maanegi ..he said making me chuckle.
Haan to karcha karna padta hai Biwi pe...
Shaddi se pehle sochna tha ye sab ....I said .

Ho gai galati ab ....he murmered making me squeeze his cheeks.
Aap na jayda dukhi pati hone ki acting mat kiya kijiye. You are the one who through more tantrums in every thing and is hard to manage.

Jab dekho sabke saamne bolte rehte hai ...jesi dekhti hai vesi nahi hai .....Mei kya karti hu asa ....I asked him turning his face towards me.

Ye Jo tum mere saath dadagiri karti hai , mujhe emotional blackmail karke baate manvati hai .....bahar to Teri aawaz bhi nahi nikalti .....Ji maa , ji Bua ji ....Ji Dad ....sati Savitri banke ghumti hai ....he said mimicking me making me laugh .

To aapke saath Mera alag rishta hai na ....aap to mere sabse close ho .....aapse to mei kuch bhi keh sakti hu ....naraz ho sakti hu ...haq jama sakti hu ....apni baate manva sakti hu .......I said kissing his cheek.

Haan ye sab bol bol k hi tune apne jaal mei  phasa rakha hai mujhe ... he said and I couldn't stop laughing.
Acha ....Rana ji aap phase hue hai kya mere jaal mei ....I asked pinching his cheek and he just hummed.

Aap aasi baate karte hai na to mujhe bade cute lagte hai ....I said and he snickered listening to me.
Apni beti p Gaya hu mei cuteness mein ...he said and I giggled.

Nope....My Amu is super cutest.....you are just occassionally cute otherwise you are just an angry humming bird .....I said and he laughed listening to me .
Angry humming bird ......6 foot ka aadmi tujhe Humming 🐦 bird lag raha hai .....he asked and I nodded.
Size p mat jaaye ....naam important hai ....I said he sighed shaking his head .

Next day ....
I amd maa left to mall after sending Amu to school .

It took us almost 3 hours to buy everything.
I felt uneasy all of a sudden and blacked out when we neared the car .
Thankfully maa held me on time and made me drink some water ...

Sandhya...are you ok beta.....Maa asked concerned and I just nodded holding my head.
Let's go to doctor.....I am observing you from past few days you are not eating well and now this ....Maa said .
No maa , I am fine ....I tried to convince her but she being adamant like her son didn't listened to me .

We arrived at the hospital and the physician asked me to consult to the gynecologist.
I was confused but Maa said to get the check-up done .

The gynac checked me and asked me about my monthly cycle.
Ohhh God .....how I didn't noticed that I missed my periods this time .....
Maa looked at me with a smile and I looked at the doctor who called an assistant and got my blood test done .

She gave me the pregnancy kit and I took it with a shaky hand and left to bathroom.

I took the test and my heart was hammering inside my chest . Vardhan and I never discussed about having a child . But I am on pills then how come I can be pregnant.....

The test results were positive and the blood test confirmed it too . I am 4 week pregnant.
I think I missed my pill ....

I didn't know if I should be happy or worried about being pregnant.
How would Vardhan react to it . Its an unplanned pregnancy.

Maa hugged me tightly kissing my forehead.
I couldn't be happy more .... thankyou so much beta ....Maa said cupping my face and I gave her a small smile.

We left the hospital after consulting with the doctor and taking the prescribed medicine.

We picked up Amu from the school and Maa asked me not to pick Amu in arms as  I need to take precautions.

We had lunch and I layed beside Amu and kissed her cheek and she snuggled more into me .
My head started aching due to overthinking.
A part of me was overwhelmed with this news but at the same time I was concerned about his reaction.
What he doesn't want any other child .

Will Amu be okay with the entry of a new child. Will she be able to accept this ....
There were thousands of questions running in my mind and I felt asleep....

I woke up feeling tap on my cheeks and Smiled seeing Amu sitting beside me .
Mumma ....I am Hungly for Cholate....she said and making me laugh .

I pulled her in my arms kissing her face .
She asked me to pick her up and I remembered What maa said to me .
I read some articles regarding the same on Google and although I should not rely on it but some were really useful.

I should not bend much and put pressure on my waist while carrying Amu.
Hmmm..I can pick up Amu but with precautions.

I picked up Amu and get downstairs.
Dad smiled widely at me and Caressed my head blessing me .. I just smiled at him  .
Maa have told him about my pregnancy.
I bought milk for Amu and tea for the 3 of us .

Vardhan came back in the evening and was playing with Amu in the garden.
I walked towards them and Amu ran towards me and hugged my legs as Vardhan was tickling her .
She squeled asking me to pick her up as Vardhan came towards us .

I forgot the precautions and bent down to pick her up .
Sandhya....beta Nooo.....Maa said getting up from the bench .
Bache you need to be careful. First few months are really crucial...maa said and Vardhan frowned looking at me .

Kya hua hai ...he asked me while maa smiled at us and took Amu with her inside the house .

Vardhan.... I went to the doctor today...as I was feeling unwell ...I said getting nervous.
Haan to kya kaha doctor ne....is anything serious...he asked and I nodded.

I_I am pregnant.....I whispered looking at him and my eyes became moist fearing his reaction.

What ????? He asked looking at me blankly.
Tears flowed out of my eyes and I just nodded my head .

He suddenly crushed me in his arms .....
Are you serious....... we are going to be parents again.....he asked and cupping my face and a priceless smile on his face .

I started crying out of happiness as a relief washed over me and he picked me up in his arms out of happiness and I giggled attaching my forehead with his .

Wohhhhhhh...... today's is the best day ....he said kissing my forehead and I smiled..
Aap khus hai ....I asked caressing his cheek and he kissed my palm .

Khus!!....I am over the moon  ....why didn't you tell me earlier...he asked.
Mujhe dar lag raha tha ...humne pehle khabi discuss nahi kiya ....I didn't knew ki aap kese react karenge.....I said and he just smacked my head making me pout .

Bewakoof aurat .....He muttered before hugging me .
