Sandhya pov-

The house is filled with relatives as the wedding function has started.

And both my kids are cranky seeing so many people around .
Today is Sangeet and Vardhan is busy with arrangements while the Groom is looking after the guests .

And being the elder daughter in law I don't even have time to breath .
Attending guests ....looking after arrangements.....taking care of kids and on the top of that heavy sarees and jwellery.

I wake up early to take care of things but still something comes up at the last moment.
Also Amu and Aayu keep sticking to me as they won't go to anyone else .
Vardhan is handling other things so even he can't keep them with him .

Thankfully Shrishti and My parents will come by evening and I finally would get some help .

Currently I am feeding Aayu and he is no where near to sleep.
Mummaaaaa ........I heard Amu crying and Vaani Di entred the room with her .

She came to me and I pulled in my arms .
Kya hua bacha ....kyu roo rahe ho ......I asked kissing her head and looked at Vaani Di who was as clueless as me .
Vaani Di left as Bua ji called her for some work .

Shiviiii tuk my dol and Blok her armmmmm.....she cried hiding her face in my neck .

Baby ....it's ok. I will get you a new doll ....I said .
Nooooooooo ....I wan my dol olyyyyy ............Amu sobbed .
Okay what you want me to do now ....I asked her wiping her tears.

Blok shivi armmmm ....Amu pouted making me laugh.
Nahi bache ....asse nahi karte .....I said kissing her cheek .
Look Aayu is smiling at you ...I said and Amu smiled too kissing Aayu's cheek .

But Shivi is baddd gurllll....Amu pouted .
I won ply with her ....Amu stated .
If you will be friends with Shivi ....she will be nice to you . Aap bhi to uske saath toys share nahi karte na ....I said but my stubborn daughter pouted .

Okay ...play with Aarav ....thik h ...I asked knowing she don't like Shivi a relatives daughter and she nodded.

Sandhyaaa.....Vardhan entred the room .
Where is he check I gave you last night ...he asked .

He sat beside Aayu and Amu was quick to climb his lap and complained about Shivi.

I went to The locker and took out the check and gave it to him .

Okay we will break Shivi's arm after Chachu's wedding....I heard him say and Amu grinned .
Dono baap beti ka kuch nahi ho sakta .....I thought to myself.

Daddyyy I wan icecream...Amu said to him .
Mumma will give you icecream baby as I need to go somewhere else ....he said kissing her cheek and left the room .

Sandhya beta fix this button ....Vihaan broke this while trying his kurta ....Maa said entering the room .
Ji Maa ...mei abhi karti hu ....I said ..

Mummaaaaa I am Hungly......Amu said pulling at my dupatta and I realised it's lunch time already.
I will get you lunch .....let me fix this okay ....I said and she nodded lying beside Aayu ..

I layed beside Amu after having our lunch to make her sleep for some time .
Aayu has already slept thankfully.

Sandhya my shirt got spoiled yrr ....mujhe dusri shirt de koi .....and be fast mujhe Jana h kahi p urgently.....Vardhan said entering the room .

Shhhh.....Dheere bolo ...kids are sleeping. Uth gye to it will be difficult for me to handle them ....I said getting up and have him his shirt.

Lunch Kiya aapne ....I asked and he hummed buttoning his shirt .
Aayu ki vaccination ki date hai Aaj but .....Before I could complete he glared at me .

Abhi kyu bata rahi ho ....Raat ho jaane deti .....He taunted me .
Aap busy the .....I murmered.
Vo sab mei khud dekh leta .....your work was to inform me . But nahi madam ka khud ka dimag bohot chalta hai .....
You know how important vaccination is  for the  baby ......he asked.

Faltu ki baate karwa lo jitna marji kaam ki cheej nahi bolegi ....He muttered .

Vardhan please sun to lijiye mei kya bol Rahi hu ....shuru ho jaate ho bass . Vaani Di ne bola hai aap bas vaccine le aao ...vo baaki khud kar lengi ....I said and he nodded .

And I didn't forget ki Vaccination hai . Mei bhi busy hu kaam mei or bacho k saath subh se .....but aapko bahana chaiye hota hai mujhe sunnane ka ......I said as a lone tear escaped my eye and he sighed .

Acha sorry ....But Mujhe pehle hi bata deti na ......mei to yahi bol raha hu .....he said pulling me to his arm .
Ye nahi bol rahe bohot kuch bol rahe ho .....I said pulling away.

Now you want to fight with me on this useless topic.....he asked and I just looked at him in disbelief and sat on the bed tucking Amu and Aayu in the blanket.

Sandhya beta....Vedika ko jo jwellery Deni hai shaddi mei vo aane hi vaali hai . Sabko dikha k ek baar locker mei rakh Dena .
Or Haan Shagun k envelope bhi aa gye hai .....vo bhi dekh Lena ....Maa said and I nodded.

Arree beta Sandhya ek cup Chai pila de tere haath ki subhb se thak gya hu ....Dad said patting my head and I nodded at him with a chuckle.

Few other relatives also joined him and asked for the tea .
I entred the kitchen and started preparing tea for everyone and also discussed about the dinner with chefs .

Although the ctrater will look after the food arrangements but I Amu and few other children and relatives can't eat the spicy food . Also being a breastfeeding mother I also avoid spicy and oily food .

As I served the tea my parents arrived too . I met them briefly as the jweller also arrived .

I collected the jweller and kept it in the locker in maa and Dad 's room .
Bhabhi I need a deep red shade of lipstick.....I have lost mine .....Aapke paas hogi ....One of Vardhan's cousin asked and I nodded .

Maa called me when for something when I was about to go with her to my room .
Sheena tum mere room se lelo .....Vanity p hi rakhi hai ...I told her and she nodded .

I went towards Maa and she introduced me with her sister and her family who just came now .

I touched Maasi ji feet and she blessed me .
I met her daughter who is 3 months pregnant and Her Son who is of same age as Vihaan .

Ab hum bhi Sameer k liye ladki dekh rahe hai . Vihaan k baad iska hi number hai ....Maasi ji said making me smile .

Maa please not here at least .....Sammer said feeling embarassed making me chuckle.

Bhabi where is Vihaan and Vardhan Bhai ...Sameer asked me .
Vardhan to Bahar gye hai , Vihaan apne room mei hoga ....I informed and he nodded and left .

Arree Sandhya...bache kaha hai ....mei to Aayushmaan se mili bhi nahi hu ....or Amu ko bhi bohot time pehle hi dekha tha .....Maasi ji asked .

Jii Vo soo rahe hai dono room mei .....I said and she nodded .

Bhabhi Aayu uth gya or roo raha hai .....Sheena informed me and I nodded at her .

I entred the room to find Amu sitting beside a crying Aayu .
I took him in my arm and started consoling him .
Amu also laid her head in my lap feeling sleepy.

I changed Aayu's diaper and fed him .
Mummaaaa milkkkkkkk ......Amu said yawing .
I caressed her head nodding my head .

Shrishti entred the room and I smiled at her .
She picked Amu in her arms kissing her cheek .

Acha hua tu aa gai ...inn dono k pass ruk mei Amu k liye dhoodh leke aati hu aur hum dono k liye coffee .

As I headed downstairs....Vihaan introduced me with his foreigner friends who came from London to attend his wedding.

Bhabhi ....upper vaala guest room khaali h na ....he asked me .
Nahi Vihaan Vaha to Maasi ji or unki family hai ....I said and he sighed .

Humare hotel mei bhej do apne friends ko . They will me more comfortable there ....I suggested.
But they wanted to enjoy everything being with the family . It's their first time attending an Indian wedding.....He said .

But Vihaan ghar k saare guests room to occupied hai ......and you will be needing at least 2 rooms to get them settled .

Thik hai phir mei inko hotel hi bhej deta hu ....he said and I nodded .
Vese bhi main function to raat ko hi abhi to yaha kuch bhi nahi h dekhne layak  ....I said and he chuckled.

Sandhya Vardhan k kuch guests aaye hai beta ...meet them once .....Dad asked me and I nodded .

I asked one of the helper to take Amu's milk to my room and a coffee and snacks for Shrishti and she nodded and got busy attending my dearest husband's guest .

My back started aching and everyone started getting ready for the Sangeet function.
The lawn was decorated with lights and The Dj was playing music .

Vardhan ....Where are you ...I asked him over the phone .
Mei bas Ghar aane hi vaala hu ....he said and I hanged up the call asking him to hurry up ..

We got Aayu vaccinated and he got a fever . Vaani Di said it's normal but he is crying if his left leg gets moved or someone picks him up .

He is not familiar with Shrishti and is not letting her touch him .
He is glued to me and starts crying if I put him down.
But I have to look after things and can't sit in the room like this .

I somehow put him to sleep and got ready for the Sangeet.
Vihaan's cousins have planned a dance for him and wants me to be a part of it too ..

They called me to teach me some basic steps . After that I got busy with the guests.

Vihaan why are you not ready yet .....I asked him .
Bhabhi mei Maa ko dhund raha hu .pata nahi Mera kurta kaha rakh Diya unhone .....he said looking around to locate maa .

I am sorry . Kurta mere room mei hai ....Vaha se le lo tum ....maa ne mujhe Diya tha button lagane k liye ....I said and he nodded .

Vedika and her family arrived and I got busy with them .
I asked the waiter to serve drinks and snacks.

You look so preety....I said to Vedika and she smiled.
Vikram and Akshita were busy bickering over some thing.

Bhabhi dekh lo ....ab ye bol Rahi hai mei dulhe ki side hu...yaha aate hi party change kar li isne ...Vikram said pointing at Akshita making me chuckle.

Haan to mere Bhai ki shaadi hai ...mei koi bhi side ho sakti hu ....ku bhabhi ...Akshita said and I nodded with a laugh .

Diii , jiju bula rahe hai aapko room mei ...Aayu uth gya or Roo raha hai .... Shrishti informed me .

As I entred the room Vardhan was trying to calm down Aayu .
Yrrr bacha bimar hai ....kab se roye Jaa Raha h ye .
Pichle 15 minute se I am trying to calm him .
Tum bhi pata nahi kaha busy ho isse chod k .....Vardhan Chided giving Aayu in my arm and I sat on the bed and gave my nipple in his mouth and he stopped crying.

Vardhan kehna aasan hai ki iske paas raho . Hazar kaam hai Ghar mei ......
Or aase hi nahi chod k gai ....soo Raha tha vo .....I finally cried out .

Subh se 2 minute bhi rest nahi Kiya h mene .....khabi bache ...khabi aap ...khabi guests ... Khabi kuch ......mei bhi insaan hi hu .....if I am not saying anything iska matlab ye nahi h aap kuch bhi bolenge......I sobbed .

He kissed on my head rubbing my back .
Sorry.....he said yet again .
Abhi tum iske paas raho......I will handle everything and Maa ko bhi bol dunga not to disturb you till the function starts....he said and I shook my head ..

Nahi ....kuch mat bolna . I am fine. Maa khud busy h subh se .....Aap bas Amu ko dekh lo kaha h vo ....usko apne paas rakhna ......I said and he nodded .

Anything else Ma'am .....He asked dramatically and I chuckled.

You don't have to burden yourself. Itne logo ko hire Kiya h mene for the wedding ki koi dikkat na ho kaam mei but it my wife is not able to take proper rest to phir kya fayda .
You just take care of yourself and our two kids ....baaki sab hota rakhega .....he said pecking my lips and I smiled.

Asse nahi hota h ....kuch kaam h jo ghar vaalo ko hi karne padte h ....I muttered caressing Aayu's head .
Haan to ghar mei bhi bohot log h ...sab tujhe karne ki jarurat nahi h ....he said combing his hair .

How do I look biwi ....he asked and I winked at him .
Kya lagta hai ....koi na koi to set ho hi jaayegi aaj ....he asked me rasing his eyebrow and I groaned.

Amu ko saath Rakhna apne ...mei bata Rahi hu ....I said and he laughed .
