Abhimanyu looked at his mother Suspiciously while having his dinner .
Ridhima was also behaving differently during the evening and his mother was smiling to herself for no reason.

What is it ??? He asked his mother making her smile even more .
First finish your food then I have some thing really important to talk to you ....Revati ji said and Abhimanyu sighed not liking the suspense.

After having done with the dinner Abhimanyu sat beside his mother on the couch waiting for her to tell him her important thing .

Abhi you know parents always wants the best for their child . Sometimes they have to be strict to get things done while they give in the child's demand the other times for their happiness....Revati ji said and he nodded knowing there is something else beneath all these things and he was smart enough to know his mother want something from him and she won't hesitate to use her emotional card .

You liked Shreya and I accepted her because of your happiness now I want you to accept someone for me .....she said and Abhimanyu closed his eyes taking a deep breath.

Bache , it's almost an year and I can't see you struggling with your pain anymore. It's  high time you move on in life and give someone else a chance to mend your broken heart .....Revati ji said making him look away.

Maa I want some more time ....he said plainly.
I am ready to give you all the time I'm world if that will earse all the hurt from your life . But the more you will think about it the more you will dwell into the sorrows . From the last 1 year I have seen your ways to cope up with the pain and suffering.....Revati ji said in a heavy voice .

Bache , life has to go on . We can't hold on to one thing for ever when we know that it won't change. I can't see you like this . It pains me to know that my child is suffering and I can't help him out ....Revati ji said as a lone tear escaped her eye .

Abhimanyu wipped her tears and snuggled into her arms laying his head on her lap .

So you have already found someone to get me married....he murmured making Revati ji chuckle at her smart boy .

Haan and I am more then sure that she would be the best companion for you and will fill your life with love and happiness....Revati ji said caressing his hair.

Don't you think you are having too high hopes from this marriage and the girl ??? He asked with a frown .

Nope . I have almost faith in this and that's why I am asking you to give in and I assure  you, you won't regret it ....she said kissing his forehead.

Who is she ???? He asked caressing his mother's wrinkled hands .
Mishika!!!!!...... Revati ji said making him sit straight on the couch and look at her in utter disbelief and shock .

What are you even saying Maa ! How can I marry Mishika?....he asked like it's the most absurd thing.
And why can't you marry her . She is well mannered,kind , beautiful and educated....Revati ji asked .

Maa you are not understanding things . Mishika and I ....no this can't happen...He said trying to get up  but Revati held his hand pushing him back on the couch .

So make me understand and Give me at least one reasonable reason to reject  Mishika..Revati ji asked not liking his response to the news .

Abhimanyu sat there rubbing his face with both his hands. What he should tell his mother that why is he denying marrying to Mishika.
He himself doesn't know why he is being repulsive towards her .

She affects him . He remember how he was not able to sleep for nights after that day when she cried and cursed him . He was just fearing to let her in knowing her ability to unsettle him.

Moreover she is way too good for him and he won't be able to give her the love she deserves. He is a broken men . He doesn't want to see the hurt in her eyes again because of his incapacity to love again .

I am waiting Abhimanyu. Tell me the valid reason or accept this proposal....Revati ji said .

Maa I just can't marry Mishika and please don't force me into it ....saying he left from there leaving a disappointed Revati ji behind .

But she was also his mother. She won't back down easily. She would make him say yes .

Here Mishika reached home and get into her bed after changing her clothes.
She was not feeling well and fell into slumber, exhaustion taking over her .

Gyatri ji entred the room and frowned seeing her cuddled up and shivering.
She touched her forehead only to find her burning in the fever .

She immediately covered her with another blanket and asked Raunak to call the doctor as soon as possible.

Gyatri ji sat beside her Mishikiii putting a wet cloth on her forehead to bring down her temperature.

The doctor checked her and gave an injection and prescribed some medicine.
The doctor informed Gyatri ji to make her eat something before giving her medicine and take care of her diet as she is weak .

Gyatri ji made some porridge for Mishika and fed her forcefully and gave her the medicine. Mishika slept again snuggling closer to her Daadi trying to find some comfort in her arms .
Gyatri ji patted her head making her smile slightly.

She wanted to inform Mishika about the proposal but seeing her health she thought to tell her later about it .
She doesn't want her to get tensed or worry about anything at this moment.

Mishika didn't came to the office today . Sameer bata Rahe the ki vo bimar (sick ) hai ... Ridhima told Revati ji over the phone.

Kya Ho gya Mishika ko . Kal to tune bataya thik thi vo ....Revati ji asked tensed and Abhimanyu who just entered the home heard their conversation.

Arrey maa Relax ! Fever hua hai . She will be fine .... Ridhima tried assuring Revati ji .
Hmmm! Mei Milne jaaugi kal agar vo office nahi aai to ...Revati ji said
Abhimanyu on the other hand thought Mishika got sick after knowing about the marriage proposal.

I should go and talk to her about it before Maa goes there and try convincing her to agree for this ....he thought and left to Mishika's home .

He parked his car in front her home and rang the door Bell .
Raunak opend the gate as Gyatri ji has gone to temple and His mother was not home .

Areyyy Sir ,aaye na ...he said smiling at Abhimanyu.
Umm, I actually came to meet Mishika... Abhimanyu said .

Ohh Dii to apne room mei hai upper ...he said pointing towards the stairs and Abhimanyu nodded and climbed the stairs .

He knocked on the door but didn't get any response from inside .
After contemplating for a minute he opend the door slightly and peeked in .
He couldn't see anyone and entered the room .

Mishika was sitting in the balcony wrapped in a shwal sipping her coffee .
Abhimanyu cleared his throat to gain her attention but she freaked out seeing someone suddenly resulting in spilling her coffee on her hand.

Abhimanyu rushed towards her and immediately cleaned her hand with the water .
Is it burning too much ...he asked with concern making her look at him in surprise.
Ummm No. The coffee was not too hot . I am fine ...she said making him node and leave her hand.

How are you feeling now ....he asked once they settled on the chairs in the balcony.
Better ...she said looking down at her lap.
Did he came her to know about her health...she thought.
Abhimanyu noticed her not meeting his eyes . Also she looked quite pale and weak.

Ummm Mishika, I actually...the marriage...he was not finding the exact word to start the conversation while Mishika thought he was informing about his marriage.

Ohhh! I got to know about it yesterday only . Congratulations!!!! She said leaving him stunned.
I am happy for ....before she could complete she cut her off in between.
Are you happy with it ....he asked making her frown .

I mean why would I have a problem with that ...she said and he took a deep breath.
Mishika you know about me and Shreya and the reason for our breakup too ...he said making her node but she didn't understood why was he telling her all of that .

I don't know how to say this but it's not easy for me to forget everything so easily and move on . I won't be w good Husband....he said looking away .

I know it's not easy to forget someone you have feelings for . But knowing that we don't have any future with them it's better to move on in life . Things would take time but everything will fall in place one day ...she said with a small smile but inside it was hurting her .

It was not at all easy for her to advise him to get married to someone when she has feelings for him .
While Abhimanyu was sitting there deep in thoughts .

She was saying the same things as his mother and he won't be able to make both of them understand the reason behind his denial.

Don't think too much over it .Just go with the Flow . Sometimes it's better to leave things on their own and let the fare decide for us ....she said making him look at her .

I know you will be a good husband and she will be lucky to have you....she said and he frowned.
Who???? He asked with a doubt confusing Mishika too .

Your future wife ...She said and he huffed  in disbelief.
She doesn't know that it was her only whom her mother wants to get him married...he thought closing his eyes.
Why everything is so complicated in his life he sighed .
