Chapter 38

Authors pov....

"Kya baat hai... kal raat kaafi special rahi lagta hai," Anjali teased Sanyukta as they prepared breakfast together in the kitchen early in the morning.

Sanyukta blushed deeply at Anjali’s remark, making the latter chuckle.

"Hamare sahab-zaade so rahe hain, aur yahan ladki poori laal tamatar ban gayi hai," Anjali continued, enjoying Sanyukta’s reaction.

Sanyukta couldn’t help the shy smile that appeared on her face as memories of him flashed in her mind.

"Bhabhiii, please na..." Sanyukta pouted, her tone pleading, which only made Anjali laugh harder.

Still chuckling, Anjali moved to pour milk into glasses for Avu and Aarvi, giving Sanyukta one last teasing look before leaving the kitchen.

Sanyukta glanced at the time on her phone and asked Vidya Kaki to serve breakfast. She had to wake him up for the court hearing today.

Entering the room, her face lit up as she saw him hugging her pillow tightly in his sleep. Sitting beside him, she leaned forward and gently kissed his cheek, her fingers running softly through his dense hair.

"Ranvijayyyy... uth jaaiye ab. It's 7:30 am already... 9 baje court hearing hai na aaj," she said softly, her hand ruffling his hair affectionately.

He groaned, his voice still heavy with sleep. "8 baje utha dena..."

She rolled her eyes. "30 minutes mein kuch nahi hoga. Aapko tab bhi itni hi neend aayegi," she said, pulling the pillow away from his hold.

Sighing, he turned onto his back, rubbing his face as he slowly opened his eyes. With a stretch and a yawn, he finally began to wake up.

"Good morning, husband," Sanyukta greeted him warmly, her smile glowing as she leaned in to kiss his cheek.

A smile spread across his face as he wrapped an arm around her and pulled her to his chest. Holding her close, he cuddled her tightly, basking in the morning warmth.

"Morning... abhi good hui kaha hai, biwi? But you can definitely make it the best, you know," he said, his fingers slipping the zipper of her kurti down, causing her to pull away instinctively.

"Ranvijayyyy..." Sanyukta murmured, doing her best to avoid blushing.

"I know my name. Now, come here," he replied, his grip gentle yet firm as he pulled her closer, making her sigh in disbelief.

"Late ho jaayega..." she muttered, but he didn’t respond. Instead, he unhooked her bra with ease, her blush deepening.

With a slow, deliberate motion, he rolled the kurti up, exposing her breasts. Sanyukta quickly hid her face in the pillow, overwhelmed by his intensity so early in the morning.

Ssshhhhh ....she hissed as he palmed her tender breasts a little hard and the very next moment latched on her nipple hungrily with a needy groan .

Ummmhhh .... Sanyukta arched her back , grabbing his hair and pressing his head more into her breast feeling exotic.

Ranvijayyyy....ahhhh... dhire please.....She said Caressing his cheek with her thumb .

He sucked on her nipple hard not getting enough of her sweet nectar while his other hand slide inside her pants making her clutch her thighs together.

Sanyukta fisted the bedsheet, her feet pressing into the mattress as he massaged her down there asiding her panty .

She was trying to recover from the last night events not knowing that he will start over in the morning itself driving her crazy.

Mmhhmmmm......ahhh ....her core pulsated, pooling out the wetness as his fingers did the magic down there .

He left the left nipple after getting satisfied with it and diverted his attention to it's twin without being partial...

He pulled the nipple between his teeth making Sanyukta whimper in pain and pleasure.

Ranvijay groaned getting hard inside his shorts .
He guided her hand over his shorts making Sanyukta gasp feeling his hardness size over his shorts .

He slides his shorts down exposing his hardness causing her eyes to widen , Staring in astonishment at the length and thickness.

Ranvijay laughed seeing her reaction making her look away .
Did you liked the Beast....He asked, guiding her to  touch his hardness.

"This beast was hungry for his beauty." ....  He whispered hoarsely in her ear,  gliding his fingers inside her slippery beauty hole , drawing a loud moan from her .

Sanyukta as a reflex held his beast in her palm making Ranvijay roll his head back .
You will kill me women ...He grunted , hungrily for more and guided  her to pump his beast.

He claimed her soft, plump lips with his, kissing her passionately as they both surrendered to the overwhelming pleasure.

Ranvijay pulled her close, holding her against his chest as they both reached the peak of their pleasure.

"Now, it's a good morning..." he commented, pinching her waist, making her hiss as she hid her face in the hollow of his neck.

"It's 8 already..." Ranvijay said, glancing at the clock, causing Sanyukta to sit up immediately.
"Aapki vajah se late ho gaya..." she muttered, hooking her bra, making him chuckle.

"I don’t mind getting late if you’re the reason for the delay," he said with a mischievous grin, his tone laced with sarcasm, causing her to shyly turn away. The playful glint in his eyes made her even more flustered.

"Acha sun... court hearing will be over by 12 pm... and I’ll head straight home to finish the deed..." he said, his voice dripping with teasing, making her roll her eyes and shake her head.

"Nahi, ab din mein kuch bhi nahi milega aapko... samjhe aap... sab log hote hain, bache hote hain..." she replied, fixing her hair, but his playful nature was too hard to ignore.

"Tujhe biology sirf phadani aati hai ya kuch practical knowledge bhi hai?" he teased, raising an eyebrow, making her bite back a smile.

"I know the real-life things too..." she said, trying to act nonchalant.

"Toh meri halat kyun nahi samajh aa rahi hai tujhe?" Ranvijay muttered, getting up from the bed, his tone filled with playful frustration, which made her giggle.

"Aa rahi hai na halat samajh? Aapko abhi court case ki tension hai... aap bohot overwork karte hain, and that's why you’re aging quickly..." Sanyukta said, feigning serious concern, making Ranvijay puff out his chest in mock offense.

"Zyada na doctor banne ki zarurat nahi hai tujhe... teacher hai wahi ban ke reh... usme bhi biology achhe se aati nahi hai tujhe..." he quipped, his sarcasm sharper than ever, making her laugh.

"I’m sure now... tune reproduction ke chapter skip kiye hain..." he said with a teasing smirk, making her laugh harder.

"If I remember correctly, aapko toh na shaadi karni thi, na biwi chahiye thi... ab kya ho raha hai aapko?" she asked, her tone playful yet genuinely curious.

"Ab biwi gale pad gayi hai toh usse gale laga lene mein hi samajhdari hai..." he said, pulling her close by the waist and lightly biting her cheek, making her wince. His playful teasing was matched only by his intense affection.

"Let me come back from the court... phir achhe se clear karunga tere saare doubts..." he muttered, groping her hip, making her shut her eyes in a mixture of embarrassment and amusement.

Sanyukta blushed as he gently caressed her lower lip, pulling it slightly with his thumb... the playful nature in his touch was undeniable.

"I think I should stock up the room with condoms..." he said, as if pondering out loud, making her giggle and push him away.

"Shameless!!!" she commented, clearly exasperated, making him snicker.

"Beshram rang kaha dekha, blush karne waalo ne..." he sang teasingly as he walked to the washroom, his playful antics making her shake her head with a smile.

Ranvijay sat at the dining table as Sanyukta served him breakfast, while the others had already finished. His usual wit wasn’t far behind.

Anjali was sitting there, feeding the two munchkins.

"Aur kya lenge aap?" Sanyukta asked, serving him the paratha.
"Dhoodh..." he said, his expression deadpan. His sarcasm was evident, but his voice was calm. Sanyukta’s eyes widened, and her face turned hot as she processed his double-meaning comment.

"I mean, dhoodh pi rahe hain bache... but I want coffee," he clarified, clearly enjoying the effect his teasing had on her.

Sanyukta sat beside him, trying to ignore his playful nature, but Ranvijay had other plans.

"Avu, Aarvi... Have you heard the story of Beauty and the Beast?" he asked, with an innocent face, making Sanyukta choke on her food, and she began coughing.

"Take it easy, Sanyukta... itni kya jaldi hai tujhe khane ki?" Ranvijay said, patting her back, while she shot him a glare, clearly annoyed but still amused.

"Sab log hain... mat kariye," she pouted.
"Main toh bachon se story ka puch raha hoon..." he shrugged casually, with a twinkle of mischief in his eyes, making her groan in frustration.

"Nooo chachu!" Aarvi said, shaking her head cutely, and Avu did the same, making Ranvijay smile.

"Hmmm... you chachi will tell you the story then... kyu Sanyukta, tumhe toh pata hai na story ka..." he said, his voice playful as he turned to her, knowing full well that she couldn't escape from his teasing. She couldn’t help but nod at the kids with a smile while pinching his hand under the table, playfully annoyed by his antics.

"Bol ab meri age ke baare mein..." he muttered with a sly grin, his sarcasm still sharp, but she couldn’t stop herself from smiling at him.

He finally left for court after a lot of teasing.
Sanyukta’s face had a constant smile, her happiness palpable, knowing she had a husband who could make her laugh even in the most unexpected moments.

Aarvi left for school, and Anjali headed to her office, leaving Sanyukta, Avu, Pushpa Ji, and Indira Devi at home, just like every day.

"Beta, tera school toh Holi ke baad start hoga... tab tak tu apne iss time ko kisi aur cheez mein utilise kar le... learn something new, ya phir kuch aisa jisme tujhe interest ho," Pushpa advised Sanyukta, her words carrying warmth and encouragement, making Sanyukta smile.

"Jii Maa, mei bhi yahi soch rahi thi," she said, helping Avu with writing the alphabet correctly, her patience and care evident in every stroke.

"Mera toh sara time cooking mein nikal jata tha... 3 bache, ghar ka kaam, upar se sab ke alag nakre... specially Ranvijay," Pushpa continued, her tone laced with nostalgia. "Ek baar toh school mein kisi friend ne iski homemade biscuit khila diye..."

"Phir ghar aate hi mere piche pad gaya ki iske liye biscuit banau... uss time na itna internet tha na kuch aur..."

She paused, chuckling at the memory. "I called his friend's mother and asked for the recipe and somehow made the biscuits, but ab vo thode hard ban gaye aur vo tantrums dene laga..."

"Anu bhi bohot chhoti thi tab... Aakhir mein isko do thapad lagaye maine," Pushpa Ji finished, making Sanyukta laugh at her mother in law's playful yet firm approach.

"Tab bhi aise hi rutha rehta tha... khana nahi khata tha... phir raat ko apne haath se khilati thi isse," Pushpa Ji added, reminiscing. "Ranveer aur Anu kaafi shaant the... par Ranvijay bohot pareshan karta tha..." she chuckled softly.

"Maa, mei baking seekh loon kya?" Sanyukta asked, a spark of interest lighting up in her eyes.

"Sikh le beta, agar koi class join karni hai toh vo kar le... actually, humari society ke paas bohot achi baking classes hain... udhar dekh le, agar acha lage toh," Pushpa Ji suggested, smiling at Sanyukta's enthusiasm.

Sanyukta nodded eagerly, grateful for the suggestion.

After a quick search, Sanyukta found the baking classes Pushpa Ji had mentioned. As promised, the reviews were glowing, and the timings fit perfectly into her schedule.

"Sirf 2 ghante ki class hai, aur yeh bas 10 minute door hai humare ghar se," Sanyukta noted, feeling more excited about the new adventure.

She immediately filled out the form for the classes and paid the fees online. Satisfied, she made a list of the baking items she’d need and ordered everything from the mart.

Her smile grew as she imagined herself mastering the art of baking—something fresh, something new, and something she could truly call her own .

It was evening, and the house was filled with warmth as everyone sat together in the hall, enjoying the evening snacks and beverages.

Avu and Aarvi were immersed in their own little world, giggling and playing with their toys, their innocent joy filling the room with sweetness.

Ranvijay still hadn’t returned. Sanyukta checked the time, her mind subconsciously drifting to him. He had promised to be back by lunch, but his phone was switched off when she tried to call. A small frown creased her forehead, a tinge of worry creeping in.

She decided to call Satyam, hoping for some clarification. After a brief conversation, Satyam informed her that Ranvijay was caught up with the case, as the hearing hadn’t gone well.

Sanyukta sighed, a familiar feeling settling in her chest. She knew how Ranvijay could get when things didn’t go as planned—his frustration often consumed him, and she dreaded how intense it could become.

She couldn’t help but feel concerned, but she also knew that once he will be  back, she would be there to calm him, just like always.

Ranvijay returned home around 9 p.m. The house was calm, everyone having already had their dinner and casually chatting in the living room.

“Khana laga du aapke liye?” Sanyukta asked, looking up from her spot. Ranvijay, however, shook his head, his expression tired but firm.

“Bas coffee chahiye,” he replied, his tone a bit curt, and she immediately understood his need for comfort after a long day.

Sanyukta nodded and walked towards the kitchen, her movements gentle and deliberate as she prepared the coffee.

She had just finished boiling the milk when a sudden loud noise from the hall startled her. It was followed by raised voices. She rushed out hurriedly, her heart quickening in her chest, only to find Pratap and Ranvijay engaged in a heated argument.

Her steps faltered for a moment as she watched the two men face off, their frustration hanging in the air thickly.

Ranveer, as usual, was trying to step in to resolve the escalating issue, his calm demeanor standing in stark contrast to the heated exchanges around him. But Pratap and Ranvijay were both too engulfed in their anger, their voices growing louder with every passing moment.

Anu, always quick to protect the little ones, immediately took Avu and Aarvi away, her eyes full of concern as she shielded them from the rising tension.

Pushpa Ji, too, was by her husband’s side, trying to calm him down with gentle words and a firm grip, but the storm of emotions was hard to quell. Meanwhile, Ranveer, with his quiet but authoritative presence, pushed Ranvijay towards the stairs, urging him to retreat to their room.

“Chalo, Ranvijay,” Ranveer said, his voice steady but firm. “Go and cool off. We’ll sort this out later.”

Ranvijay didn’t argue; he understood the importance of getting away from the situation before it spiraled further. With a frustrated sigh, he followed Ranveer’s lead, heading up the stairs to the quiet of their room.

As Pratap retreated to his room, the tension in the hall began to dissipate. Sanyukta let out a weary sigh and sank onto the couch beside Anjali, the weight of the moment evident on her face.

“Khabi khabi toh bohot dar lagta hai, Bhabhi,” she confessed softly, her voice tinged with worry. “Unka  gussa bas control ke bahar ho jaata hai... aur ab ghanton tak issi baat ke piche pade rahenge.”

Anjali, ever the calming presence, reached out and gently rubbed Sanyukta’s hand, offering silent comfort.

“It’s okay,” Anjali said reassuringly. “Bas tum iss baare mein baat mat karna usse... warna saara gussa phir tum pe divert ho jaayega.”

Sanyukta nodded, her lips pressing together as she took in Anjali’s advice. She knew her sister-in-law was right; Ranvijay’s temper often turned him into a storm that could sweep away anyone in its path.

Still, a part of her ached, knowing she couldn’t truly help ease his frustrations.

Sanyukta entered the room with a plate of food in her hands. The dim light cast a soft glow, and her eyes immediately went to Ranvijay, who was lying beside a peacefully sleeping Avu. He seemed calmer now, though the tension from earlier still lingered in his features.

“Khana khaa lijiye,” she said gently, offering him a small smile.

Ranvijay sighed, his eyes heavy with exhaustion. “Mera mann nahi hai,” he muttered, closing his eyes as if to shut out the world.

Sanyukta sat beside him, carefully placing the food tray on the side table. “Aise kaise mann nahi hai?” she asked, her voice soft as she caressed his cheek. Her touch made him open his eyes, and he looked at her, letting out a tired sigh.

“Want to share it?” she asked, her tone tender yet encouraging. He smiled faintly and leaned forward, pressing a kiss to her palm.

“It’s nothing,” he murmured. “Case ki hearing thi... that bastard wanted to take the case back, but I didn’t let him.” His voice carried a mix of frustration and defiance, his jaw tightening as he spoke.

Sanyukta listened patiently, her hand never leaving his cheek. “Aur ab Papa kyun chahte hain ki aap  isse zyada drag na kare?” she asked, her calm tone coaxing him to continue.

Ranvijay clenched his jaw, the frustration evident in his voice. “Because he thinks they’re dangerous and might try to harm me,” he muttered, his eyes narrowing as he spoke.

Sanyukta’s brow furrowed slightly at his words, concern flickering in her eyes. “Are they really that dangerous?” she asked softly, her voice barely above a whisper.

Ranvijay shifted his gaze away, staring at the ceiling for a moment before replying. “They could be,” he admitted. “Unka background clean nahi hai... they have connections in places they shouldn’t. But that doesn’t mean I’ll back down.”

His tone was resolute, but Sanyukta could sense the weight of the situation pressing on him.

“Par agar Papa keh rahe hain toh shayad unka kehna sahi ho?” she suggested gently, trying to balance her support with caution.

Ranvijay turned to look at her, his eyes softening at her concern. “Sanyukta, agar har bar dar ke peeche hatt gaya, toh kya insaaf kabhi ho paayega? Yeh sirf case nahi hai... yeh principle ki baat hai,” he explained, his voice steady but laced with emotion.

She nodded, understanding his perspective, but the worry in her heart remained. “Main bas yeh chahti hoon ki aap safe rahein... baki jo karna hai, main aapke saath hoon,” she said, her voice firm despite the slight tremor of fear.

Ranvijay smiled faintly, reaching for her hand and giving it a reassuring squeeze. “Mujhe pata hai... aur bas yeh jaan lena hi kaafi hai,” he replied.

Sanyukta looked at him for a moment before letting out a soft sigh. “Pehle khana kha lijiye,” she insisted, her voice gentle yet firm.

Ranvijay hesitated but finally nodded, sitting up slightly. She placed the plate on his lap and stayed by his side, coaxing him to take a few bites. Her patience and care seemed to work as he eventually finished his meal, though his thoughts were clearly elsewhere.

She sat beside him quietly, running her fingers soothingly through his hair until his breathing evened out. Soon, he was asleep, his face finally devoid of the tension he had carried all day.

But Sanyukta’s mind refused to rest. She lay beside him, staring at the ceiling, her heart heavy with unease. Something about the case, about the way Ranvijay had spoken, didn’t sit well with her.

Her instincts screamed that the situation was far from over, that it could escalate into something much worse. Every time she tried to close her eyes, flashes of the heated argument earlier in the evening came rushing back, filling her with dread.

She turned to look at Ranvijay, who now slept peacefully, his hand still clutching hers. A part of her was relieved that at least for tonight, he was resting. But her own thoughts kept spiraling, the weight of the unknown pressing heavily on her chest.

As the night stretched on, Sanyukta remained wide awake, her heart praying silently for his safety, even as a lingering sense of foreboding refused to leave her.
